The tug-of-war competition was divided into 8 teams, each with 16 people, and a total of 128 employees participated in the competition. The order of the game is determined by drawing lots, with a two-win-of-three system. In order to reflect the fairness and interestingness, a points competition system has been added, that is, in the course of the battle, if the losing party persists for more than 30 seconds, it can also get a point. It can be seen that this is not only a physical battle, but also a battle of wisdom, knowing oneself and the enemy, and planning the overall situation can the last laugh.

The game process was wonderful and the laughter continued. With a whistle from the referee, every team member was riveting hard, firmly grasping the rope in his hand, lowering the center of gravity, and working together to "pull" backwards! The vigorous rhythm of the participating teammates and the cheering cheers of the cheerleaders resounded throughout the entire factory of Shanyou Dishan, pushing the entire event to a climax.

After many fierce competitions, the Slitting Department and the Technical Quality Department tied for third place. Team B won the second place and Team C won the championship. While winning the honor, it also won the rich battle prepared by the union.

The tug-of-war competition ended successfully amidst laughter. The employees of Shanyou Dishan demonstrated a vigorous, healthy and progressive spirit, and enhanced cohesion, sense of honor and team spirit. 2021 is the first year of the 14th Five-Year Plan, and January is the beginning of the year.
