On the afternoon of December 21, the third representative meeting of the trade union of Changzhou Sanyou Dissan Protective Material Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was successfully held. 35 representatives of trade union members elected by various trade union groups attended the meeting. The meeting reviewed the work of the last company’s trade union, elected a new trade union leadership group, listened to the company’s party branch and superior trade union leaders’ new requirements for union work, and issued a strong call to all employees to fight the "14th Five-Year Plan". The conference kicked off with the solemn and majestic national anthem. Tian Wei, chairman of the previous trade union, delivered a work report on behalf of the trade union committee. The report was carried out from the three dimensions of "further consolidation of the work foundation of the trade union, further strengthening of the service enterprise center, and further effective protection of the rights and interests of employees." The General Assembly voted and passed the election method in accordance with the "Articles of the Chinese Trade Unions". 35 representatives were elected in a fair, open, and just democratic election by secret ballot, and 7 members of the third trade union committee and 3 members of the fund review committee were elected. The company’s chairman and party branch secretary Tan Jiangang presided over the first meeting of the labor union committee and the funding review committee, and elected the labor union chairman, vice chairman and director of the economic review committee. The company’s deputy general manager Lu Zhanfeng was elected as the chairman of the labor union. In his statement, he said that he would live up to the trust, do the work of the labor union in detail, practice and do well; adhere to the people-oriented principle and effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees; and unite the majority. The employees gather together and make new contributions to the company's development.
The company’s chairman and party branch secretary Tan Jiangang delivered a speech, evaluating the work of the company’s labor union from the three perspectives of "breakthrough, gratitude, and expectation" and put forward hopes.

In 2021, Shanyou Dishan Company will embark on a new journey of fighting the "14th Five-Year Plan" and realizing the goals of the development plan. This will also be a favorable opportunity for the new trade union to work hard and create a new situation.
