In order to implement the national safety production policy and firmly establish the safety concept of "life first, safety first", Yamayo Dishan actively carried out the "Safety Production Month" activity with the theme of "Implementing Safety Responsibilities and Promoting Safety Development" in June. Organized a series of safety themed activities such as safety commitment signing, safety training, accident emergency drills, skill competitions, etc. through entertaining and learning, which improved the employees’ awareness and skills of production safety and effectively created the company’s good production safety. 1. Safety theme and diverse publicity
In order to smoothly carry out the safety production month activities, the company's safety and environmental protection department designed a novel publicity board for the safety month theme of "Implementing Safety Responsibilities and Promoting Safety Development"; using the company's electronic display screens to put safety promotional slogans to highlight the atmosphere and enhance employees' safety awareness.

 

 

2. Raise the safety flag and draw the safety tree

On June 1, Shanyou Dishan organized a safety production month flag raising ceremony and activity mobilization meeting. Company leaders and all employees of the company participated in this activity. Chairman Tan Jiangang and General Manager Tian Wei led all employees of Shanyou Dishan to sign on the commitment board: "Comply with safety rules and regulations, and implement safety production responsibilities." All employees of Shanyou Dishan jointly draw a colorful production safety commitment tree.

 

 

3. Skills competition to improve safety awareness

The Safety and Environmental Protection Department of the company organized the "Safety Grab Red Envelope" and the second "Anhuan Cup" skill competition of Shanyou Dishan. Through the ingenious combination of safety knowledge and fun games, employees can continue to learn in the game, understand safety knowledge more vividly, avoid illegal operations, eliminate risky operations, and continuously improve their own safety awareness.

 

 

Fourth, emergency drills in an orderly manner

On June 15, the company organized the coating workshop and QC to conduct fire and emergency escape drills. Through the excellent command of the emergency headquarters and the unremitting efforts of the participants, the exercise achieved a total of 105 seconds of evacuation of all personnel and 10 minutes of successful fire fighting.

 

 

5. Safety training & viewing

On June 16, Shanyou Dishan invited Director Zhang of the Emergency Department of Wujin People's Hospital to conduct trauma emergency training for employees, so that employees can learn trauma first aid knowledge and improve their on-site handling capabilities. At the same time, employees watched safety education warning films-"Safety Production Accident Cases in 2020" and "Warning Record of Special Equipment Accidents in Wujin District".

On June 24, the company organized a safety management team to focus on the safety of hazardous chemicals, fire safety, electrical safety, Comprehensive inspections were conducted on the environmental safety of the production site, the safety of personnel operation behaviors, and the safety of special equipment, and a total of 15 hidden safety hazards were identified. The rectification effect of the hidden hazards was tracked to effectively eliminate the hidden hazards and ensure safe production.

7. "Sanyou Safety News, Second Issue"

On June 25, the "Sanyu Safety Newspaper · Second Issue" was released. This year, employees from various departments and workshops actively contributed articles, an 80% increase in submission rate compared with last year.

 

 

 

The safety production month activities have all ended and the expected results have been achieved. The company will continue to consolidate the results of the activities, continue to carry out hidden hazard investigation and management activities, enhance employees' safety awareness, maintain vigilance at all times, and improve employees' emergency response capabilities.

In the process of safety production in the second half of the year, the company will further strengthen safety production management, implement various safety responsibility systems, and carry out special safety inspections on key parts of the company and special equipment.
